"Non ce l'ho fatta" is the passato prossimo of "farcela".

 Marianna se la prendeva spesso, poi a un certo punto ha iniziato a non arrabbiarsi più. Marianna would often get upset, then at some point she started to not get angry anymore.

  Both phrases sound quite aggressive.

  Adesso basta, mi hai stancato! (Enough, I’m fed up with you!)

  Me ne frego, punto e basta! (I couldn't care less, and that's the end of it!)
